Special Requirements of Goods Inspection and Quarantine Entry China 2010 Expo

1. Special products of germ, body tissue, biological products, blood and its products listed in No.83 Notice of General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, animals and plants and their products, animals and plants sourcing food regulated in No.2 Announcement 2002 and No.111 Announcement 2004 of General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine should be applied for 'Approval sheet for special entry goods' or 'Quarantine certificate for entry animals and plants' from Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau before making contract or agreement of foreign trade.
2. Put on records to Expo zone office of Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for importing old machinery and electrical equipment.
3. Entry animals and plants, their products and other quarantine products should have quarantine certificates authorized by output countries and regions, and isolation quarantine should be implemented for entry animals, plant seeds and seedlings and breeding materials.
4. Entry pets should have quarantine certificates and vaccination certificates authorized by output countries and regions, and accepted isolation quarantine.
5. Entry food should have related documents of sanitation certification authorized by output countries and regions. Import health food should offer 'Approve certificate for import health food'. Entry cosmetics should have free sales certificates authorized by output countries and regions.
6. Wood packing of goods entry Expo should be quarantine treated according to No.15 of International standards for Phytosanitary Measurements (ISPM No.15) before entry and processed IPPC special label, then could be entry.
