The Process of CCC Certification for CCC Alternation Application(Change of GB Standards,Technical Rules or Implementation Rules)

1. Fill in 'CCC Alternation Application Form':http://china-ccc-certification.com/225.html, with the seal and 'business license' fax to: 86-021-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com.
2. Our office will check all documents, if they are all right, we will fax or e-mail list of documents for CCC alternation:http://china-ccc-certification.com/178.html and related notes.
a. Chinese/English copy of CCC certificates apply for CCC alternation
b. 'CCC Alternation Application Form'
c. Product description reports(standard specification)
d. Product structure drawings(assembly drawings), electrical diagrams; submit product quality certification qualification of key component suppliers if change of product key components or suppliers (i.e. copy of product inspection reports, copy of product quality safety certification certificates, etc.)
h. Other documents need to be submitted for CCC alternation application.
(4 copies of documents above with applicant/manufacturer seal), and send to our office.
3. After rechecking the received documents, we will send 'CCC notice charge for CCC alternation application' to applicants(by fax or E-mail); also send 'CCC notice sample sending for CCC alternation application' to applicants(by fax or E-mail) if it is necessary to send sample for confirmation/difference test.
4. Applicant should arrange payment according to 'CCC notice charge for CCC alternation application' and fax back 'remittance slip' to: 86-021-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com. Send sample for inspection according to 'CCC notice sample sending for CCC alternation application' if it is need to sample inspection.
6. After we confirm that sample for inspection has been sent in according to related requirements and CCC alternation payment has entered certain account, CCC alternation type test will begin.
7. Comprehensive assessment will begin after passing CCC alternation type test.
