2006 Permit Catalogue of Product without import quota

According to 'Managing Measure of Import Permit for goods without import quota', Ministry of Commerce readjusted the permitted import goods which without import quota. And now we announce the new 'Import Permit for goods without import quota limits' and certificate items description, 'Catalogue of permitted import goods without import quota' of 2006 (List 1, List 2, List 3), list of authorized certificate issue organizations, List 1-added special stamp of permit for the product without import quota (sample stamp); they will be effective since January 1, 2006.
For the convenience of customs declaration for enterprises in the beginning of year, certificate issue organization will not issue 'Import Permit for goods without import quota' after December 25 in this year, and issue 'Import Permit for goods without import quota' (List 1, List 2) of next year according to 'Catalogue of permitted import goods without import quota' of next year. The import enterprise who wants to complete customs declaration before the end of the year, should apply for 'Import Permit for goods without import quota' of this year before December 25.
